Southern Utah Home Care & Hospice was organized in December of 1990 with an office in St. George.  Several branch locations were opened the next year in Hurricane, Cedar City, and Kanab.  Other branch locations were later organized and opened in Enterprise and Hildale.

Today, Southern Utah Home Care & Hospice continues to serve the needs of the residents of Iron, Kane, and Washington Counties in southern Utah.

Southern Utah Home Care & Hospice was recently awarded the HealthInsight Quality Award for the 2009 year.
